Jump Squats - 20
Russian Twists - 30
Curtsy lunge w/bicep curl - 15 each side
Skip - 20/45/60 seconds
Side plank w/weighted twist - 15 each side
*Rest 1 minute between each round | Kick ass & take names
Do this on it's own when you need a quick workout, add it to 30 minutes of cardio or do 30 minutes of yoga after.
