Anti-inflammatory, alkalizing, antibacterial and full of antioxidants.
1 whole lemon
2 dashes of turmeric (don't be shy)
1/2 - 1tsp fresh shredded/mashed ginger
1 pinch of cayenne
Put all ingredients into your mug, fill with hot water, sip & enjoy.
