Run through this Circuit 3 X
5 Minute Warm-Up; Progression: shoulder rolls, ankle rolls, wrist rolls, skip without a jump rope, jumping jacks, bum kicks, high knees.

30 Squats | 30 Tricep Dips
20 Alternating Lunges | 20 *Plank-Ups
10 Burpees | 10 Push-Ups


Rounds 2 & 3 turn your Squats & Lunges into Jump Squats and Jump Lunges for an extra challenge.
(*Plank-Ups: start on hands, go down to elbows, back up to hands)
