This Banana Bread is easy & there’s a good chance you’ll have most ingredients or at least substitutes in your pantry. Here’s the recipe.

Gluten Free Option: Lara’s Banana Bread

(This one I’ve gotta write out for ya since it was sent from a friend from a mega babe Barre Belle instructor)

Ingredients

  • Three overripe bananas mashed

  • Three large organic eggs

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

Heat the oven to 350°
Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil. Whip the eggs in a stand mixer until frothy (I just frothed by hand) and then mix in mashed bananas. Add in remaining wet ingredients and mix until combined. In a large bowl mix together the flour cinnamon salt baking soda. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips be careful not to over mix! Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350° - 50-60 mins. Cool in pan then flip onto cooling rack, 1 hour later cut into very thin slices and enjoy.
