EMOM: Every Minute On the Minute. You start your exercises at the top of each minute, when you complete your reps you get the rest of the minute to rest. Start again at the top of the next minute.
EXERCISES:
Odd numbered minutes (1/3/5, etc.):
10 Squat to squat jump
5 Push-ups
Even numbered minutes (2/4/6, etc.)
20 Swimmers
8 (each side) Reverse lunge w/knee drive twist
