This 4-week High Intensity Resistance Training program can be done ANYTIME and ANYWHERE. It’s a combination of STRENGTH and CARDIO exercises intended to POWER UP YOUR BODY, INCREASING your STRENGTH, ENDURANCE and CALORIE BURN! Each week is comprised of 4 workouts - 1 LOWER BODY, 1 UPPER BODY and 2 FULL BODY - that combine strength and cardio moves with no two workouts being the same so you’ll keep your body and mind guessing.
As long as you feel up for a challenge, these workouts are for you. The intensity is there however you can modify most exercises to make them suit YOUR fitness/skill level. I’ve included video demonstrations of each exercise and suggested modifications to take the guesswork out.
If you want a workout that builds muscle and burns calories you’ve come to the right place. This program is great for anyone with limited space and those short on time, the workouts range from 20-45 minutes and can be done ANYWHERE - all you need is a set of medium weight dumbbells. #athomeworkoutforthewin
Basic equipment needs = a set of medium weight dumbbells. This will look different for everyone based on your fitness level. I recommend something between 8-20lbs. If you also have a heavy set of DBs or a heavier KB that’s great, you’ll get to use it. If not, no biggie, you can use your medium weight DBs for all exercises.
