OG FIT CLUB | 04 SLOW BURN LEGS & OBLIQUES

In this 2-part workout I’m using just a towel to develop long, lean, toned legs with a slow moving, lagree inspired leg & oblique workout. Each exercise is done for at least 1 minute. To make it more challenging do them for 1.5-2 minutes each!
