OG FIT CLUB | 07 EMOM

A 10 minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) - I demo the exercises & you go to work.
Do 3 exercises back to back. Rest when you’re done them & start them again at the top of the next minute:

Minute 1-5:
5 x Roll back to plank
20 x Alternating cross toe reach
10 x Plank jacks

Minute 7-10:
5 x Side plank to push-up
20 x Cross Mountain Climber
8 x Sprawls

Work as hard as you can, the quicker you go (without sacrificing form) the more rest you get before the next minute starts. Repeat the 10 minutes sequence again for a longer, more challenging workout!
