OG FIT CLUB | 09 TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

3 CIRCUITS: I demo, you do.
Each circuit has 3 different exercises. You do the 3 exercises consecutively 40 seconds on, 10 seconds to recover.
Do 3 rounds of the 3 exercises & then recover for 1 minute before you start the next circuit. Do the same thing for circuit 2 & 3.
CIRCUIT 1:
• Hop wide to narrow squat
• Side plank to push up
• Rotating V-ups
Do 3 rounds, 40/10
Recover 1 minute.

CIRCUIT 2:
• Lunge pulse 3 times, jump switch
• Tricep dips
• Sprawls
Do 3 rounds, 40/10
Recover 1 minute.

CIRCUIT 3:
• Skaters
• Inchworm to 2 up/downs
• Mountain Climbers
Do 3 rounds, 40/10
