OG FIT CLUB | 10 BODYWEIGHT + NO JUMP CIRCUIT WORKOUT

Welcome to your bodyweight + jump-less circuit. 3 circuits: each circuit has 3 exercises & 3 rounds. Do the exercises for 50 seconds, take 10 seconds to switch exercises. Go through the exercises 3 times continuously then break for 1 minute in between circuits.

Circuit 1:
Pendulum Lunge
Rolling Forearm Side Plank w/2 Hip Dips
Triceps Push-up

Circuit 2:
Kneeling Get Up w/Twist
Plank Step to Bear + Wide
Side Lying Triceps Press

Circuit 3:
Lateral Lunge w/Leg Lift
Swimmer Y to V
Forearm Plank to Pike + Sexy Spider
