2 Circuits + 1 EMOM.

Circuit 1: Do each exercise in Circuit 1 for 30 seconds, 4 rounds. Rest.
Jump squats
Air squats
Diamond push-ups
Plank lateral step out to bear
Forearm plank hip dips
Pop squats
Jumping jacks

Circuit 2: Do each exercise in Circuit 2 for 30 seconds, 4 rounds. Rest.
Reverse lunge w/twist (one side)
2 up downs to pike toe taps
Full bicycle (one side)
High knees
Bum kicks

8 minute EMOM:
Start exercises on the minute, when you complete them rest until the next minute starts. The quicker you get through the exercises the more rest you get.
4 sprawls
6 jump squats
8 push ups
