Let’s do this!

I’m so pumped to support you as you challenge yourself with 50 days of movement, you’re creating a new habit, one that is going to help you function and feel amazing! The best advice I can give you is to listen to your body. Modify exercises when needed, recognize when your mind is tricking you with a no but your body is still a yes, push yourself when you feel strong and ease off but stay committed when your body needs ease.
